Passionate about all things wellbeing, holistic therapist, wellbeing mentor, podcaster, coupled with 20 years nursing experience and owner of BB Holistic Therapy. This is the place to nourish and transform your wellbeing. Bespoke treatments, wellbeing programmes and workshops to boost wellbeing, health and happiness.
My infinite purpose is to create harmony, health and empowerment to inspire clients to prioritise their own wellbeing. Striving to create positive relationships for self-care, self-compassion and self-love - recognising the importance of nurturing and valuing you in all your shapes and colours.
In this crazy little thing called life, I know how precious and special we all are - I've suffered from burnout, stress, emotional eating and I understand how tough life can be.
