Payment

Payment is to be made by Cash, Card (using sum up) or Bank Transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the allotted time or do not attend your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. Treatments should be booked within six months of issue, where this is not possible a timeline may be negotiated, please contact bbholistictherapy@gmail.com if you have any further questions.
